Once receive any feedback of quality problem we will respond at the first time, and solve the problems within 24 hours.

• Guarantee:

Warraty period is one year or 1000 hours (depends on which occurs first ). If the failure is caused by turbine manufacturing defects, we will be responsible for problems caused by quality of production or raw material, except the damageable spare parts of genset caused by crew wearing parts, consumable parts for daily use, human error , negligence or failure of following the original maintenance manual provisions, etc.

• Free training:

We can professionally arrange experienced engineers to provide users with free training in our factory . Certainly , we also provide the paid training of customers’ site.

• We are a powerful and unity sales team:

we are not just sales, but also professional engineers here to give you fast response of Technical support and power solutions.

Q1: What is your warranty period?

A1: Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hous, whichever comes first(Excep the damageable spare parts of genset caused by incorrect man-made operation).

Q2: Does your generator have global warranty?

A2: Yes. Global warranty service is available depending on the engines and alternators you choose. Please contact us for more details.

Q3: What is your payment terms?

A3: T/T 30% advance payment, the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment.

L/C Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q4: What is your delivery time?

A4: Our standard delivery time is 20 to 30 days. If you have urgent demand, the delivery will be shorter depending on the requirements. If you have special requirements, the delivery will be longer.

Q5: Can the generators be customized?

A5: Yes. Our generators can be customized depending on customer's detailed requirements. We can supply generators for rental business, home use, inudstrial projects, army projects, power station, etc. The generators we supply is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, lower and high temperature environment.

Q6: Can you use our logo?

A6: Yes. For mass orders, we can use customer's logo instead of ours.
